Water Flow Meter With Digital Display
Water flow meter with digital display can also be called velocity meter or volumetric measuring instrument, digital displaying water flow meter measures the conductive liquids in the pipelines for many industrial applications which is welcomed for its high precision , good stability , good reliability ,strong adaptability .
Our company’s water flow meter with digital display adopts a pipe-connected installation structure. The whole water flow meter mainly calculates and displays the volume of the liquid passing through the measuring conduit in a single direction by detecting the moving trajectory of the conductive liquid.There are two options for the transmitter of the water flow meter with digital display, one is that the instrument for displaying data is directly mounted on the transmitter, and the other is the split type that the displaying transmitter separated with the measuring sensor . When purchasing, customers can choose according to their needs.
What causes the flow measurement error?
The electrode is damaged, or the electrode is aging.
The power was not turned on/plugged in when starting the measurement. (with plug-in or battery type)
Scale, or the accumulation of mineral deposits along the inner walls of a piping system, is one of the biggest issues that can seriously impact a flow meter’s measurements.
