What Are The Precautions When Installing Vortex Gas Flow Meter?
▲Potential safety risks due to unpredictable outdoor temperatures, we generally advise users to put the vortex gas flow meter indoors.
▲It is not recommended to install the vortex flow sensor at the pump’s inlet or outflow. The vortex flow meter’s measurement will be impacted by the oscillating fluid that is frequently produced near the pump mouth.
▲The inner diameter of the pipe to be measured needs to be the same as the inner diameter of the flow meter, and the flange welding at both ends of the vortex flow meter should ensure parallel.
▲The power line and the signal output line of the vortex shedding flow meter should be kept apart; if they are installed in the same trench, the signal line should be shielded by a different metal pipe.
