Slurry flow meter is used for groundwater exploitation or urban underground domestic water treatment process, etc. The slurry flow meter is used to record the volume flow of water containing solid impurities in a certain period of time.
Slurry flow meter is mainly used for groundwater mining or domestic water treatment. There are not only minerals or microorganisms in the deep groundwater, but also a large amount of sand or soil in the groundwater.
The principle of operation of the Slurry flow meter is mainly the electromagnetic induction effect. Groundwater or muddy water or domestic water contains water, water is a conductive liquid. Although solid groundwater and muddy water have impurities, they can still be recorded directly through the slurry flow meter.
The main structure of slurry flow meter is sensor, transmitter, electrode, lining. Generally, slurry flow meters generally use PTFE or Polyurethane (PU) as the lining. PU lining is better wear resistance. The connection method is generally GB standard flange connection. At present, our company mainly focuses on the pipeline type, and there is not much demand for the plug-in “slurry flow meter”.
