The WERD804 Radar Level Sensor For Solids is specifically intended for solid materials, strong dust, easily crystallizes, and condensation occasions. It uses a 26G high frequency radar sensor, with a maximum measuring range of 70–80 meters. This radar type level transmitter may be utilized in reactors, solid silos, solid materials, strong dust, and extremely difficult measurement environments. The antenna is tuned for further processing, and the new fast microprocessors have faster speed and efficiency that can be done signal analysis.
The principle is that it reflects the collected waves to a point for amplification, similar to the condensed light of a concave mirror. In comparison to an ordinary horn radar level meter, a parabolic antenna radar sensor receives stronger and more echo signals, and measurement accuracy is naturally better, especially for certain working conditions with larger particles, stronger dust, and stronger wave-absorbing ability.
