Classification Of Magnetostrictive Level Sensor:
Magnetostrictive Level Sensor is part of our high-precision measurement series. Magnetostrictive level sensor is divided into Cable Type and Rod Type. Generally, rod type is used for measuring range within 3m, and cable type is used for measuring range exceeding 3m. The rated voltage of the Magnetostrictive level sensor is 24V DC, and the applicable ambient temperature is -40 degrees Celsius ~ 70 degrees Celsius. The electronic compartment/sensor is made of aluminum alloy or stainless steel 304. Magnetostrictive level sensor can achieve up to five points of synchronous measurement. Wepower magnetostrictive level sensor has high quality and stable performance, absolute position output, continuous measurement, and no need to adjust the zero position when restarting.
Magnetostrictive Level Sensor Installation Precautions:
▲When installing the Magnetostrictive level sensor, attention should be paid to vertical installation. Whether it is a rod-type or cable-type magnetostrictive level sensor, top installation is highly recommended. If the installation is not vertical, it will affect the measurement results.
▲When using it, make sure there is no strong electromagnetic interference in the measurement environment. The operating principle of the magnetostrictive level sensor is related to the magnetic field. If there is an external electromagnetic environment around it, the measurement results will be affected.
▲During use, pay special attention to the power supply environment, ensure that the power supply voltage matches the rated voltage of the product, and ensure that the ground wire is working properly.
