Magnetic water level indicator is a customized measuring instrument for liquid. Magnetic water level indicator can be used to measure liquefied petroleum, acid and alkali chemicals, flammable kerosene diesel and other substances.
There are two types of magnetic water level indicators to select from: mechanical level indicators and magnetic level indicators with signal output. Through the movement direction of the float, the magnetic water level indicator can detect the increase or decrease of the liquid level in the tank. Magnetic water level indicators are extremely useful in shipbuilding, electrical equipment, power plants, and other industries.
How do floats work in level measurement?
The float in this case is the float in the measurement pipe; the float does not enter the tank. Under the same pressure, when two containers are linked by a pipe and the user pours water into them, the liquid level in the two containers will eventually trend to the same position.
This is the basis for magnetic water level indicators. When the measuring conduit is connected to the tank, the liquid level in the conduit will progressively match the liquid level in the tank. And, because the float in the conduit has the same density as the liquid, it rises to the same height as the horizontal line.
The magnetic float causes the magnetic flip column in the measurement panel to rotate 180 degrees, one by one, changing from a white surface to a red surface, and the viewer can clearly see the change in the water and liquid levels in the tanks.
