Magnetic Float Level Gauge
Magnetic float level gauge is also called magnetic level indicator. Magnetic float level gauge is designed and produced by us with first –class quality. Any level solutions, contact us without hesitate.
The Magnetic Float Level Gauge can display the liquid level in real time and constantly, but the magnetic float level switch can only detect the instantaneous liquid level and cannot display the liquid level in real time.
To show readings, magnetic float level gauges include a scale and a transmitter; the transmitter is optional, while the scale is standard for each model. The transmitter must be connected and hooked into a power supply before use. However, the benefit of the magnetic float level gauge is that the usage of the mechanical magnetic float level gauge is unaffected even if no power source is connected.
What should we keep in mind while using a magnetic float level gauge?
Before measuring, ensure that the magnetic flip column is all of the same color. The red and white magnetic flaps are frequently inconsistent in the measuring. What has to be done in this scenario is to swipe a magnet over the panel from top to bottom.
When using the liquid level gauge, make sure you open the upper valve first, followed by the lower valve. Because this might minimize the air pressure differential and break the float effect.
