The “Mag Flow Transmitter” is an electromagnetic type flow meter which is a precise instrument for measuring volumetric flow. The Mag flow transmitter has a 1:20 measurement range. The mag flow transmitter can measure the volume flow of liquids with a temperature range of minus 30 degrees to 120 degrees and can be employed in the majority of industrial situations.
The measuring object of the Mag flow transmitter is the fluid in the connected pipeline. The Mag flow meter can only measure liquids with conductivity greater than 50µS/cm, and mag flow transmitter can measure seawater and alkaline liquids with high pH concentration, strong acids, etc. The mag flow transmitter cannot measure oil.
In terms of models, our company supports two types of mag flow transmitter: “Integrated type” and “Separated/Split”. The split type Mag flow transmitter is generally used in factories where the pipeline is installed at a high level. There is not much difference between the split type mag flow transmitter and the integrated type mag flow transmitter. When the split type mag flow transmitter is used, wiring is still required.
The sensor of the mag flow transmitter can detect the electrical signal of the flow of the conductive liquid, and the electrical signal can be digitized by the converter, and the instantaneous flow and the cumulative flow will be displayed on the digital displaying housing.
