Level Switch Vibration Type adopts a liquid level switch designed on the principle of tuning fork. Use the natural frequency of the piezoelectric crystal detuning fork to vibrate.
The Level Switch Vibration Type utilizes a liquid level switch that operates on the tuning fork principle. Make the piezoelectric crystal detuning fork vibrate at its inherent frequency. Monitoring can be done continuously for this frequency shift. The liquid in the container is released downward and passes through the tuning fork when the product is used for low alarm applications, changing the natural frequency. The electrical component senses this change and changes the output state accordingly. The liquid in the container rises and makes contact with the tuning fork when the high alarm is activated, changing the output state.
