What is the installation Instructions for Compact Pressure Transmitter?
1. Install directly on the measuring point (at any angle). If the interface size does not match the on-site interface size, a conversion head can be made for connection.
2. Try to install in a place with small temperature gradient and temperature fluctuation to avoid strong vibration and impact.
3. When installing outdoors, try to place it in a protective box to avoid direct sunlight and rain to maintain the normal performance of the pressure transmitter and extend its life.
4. When measuring steam or other high-temperature media, be careful not to exceed the operating temperature limit of the pressure transmitter. If necessary, add a pressure pipe or other cooling device to connect.
5. During installation, a pressure stop valve should be installed between the pressure transmitter and the medium to facilitate maintenance and prevent the pressure port from being blocked, which affects the measurement accuracy. A pressure buffer device should also be installed in places with a large pressure fluctuation range.
