What should be paid attention to when installing the free space radar level transmitter?

• Our free space radar level transmitter is employed in a range of on-site work settings. The shape of some tanks is not uniform and symmetrical. On the surface, it will protrude and indent.
• Don’t let the free space radar level transmitter line up with the tank wall while mounting it to the roof of the tank. Inaccurate measurements may be caused by the installation angle, or the radar level gauge is aligned with the uneven tank wall.
• Do not install too close to the escalator in the tank. Generally, there are ladders or safety devices in some large charging and processing tanks.
• Avoid the contact between antenna beam and feeding flow radar level transmitter. In order to avoid false echoes, the user should keep at least 200mm away from the tank wall.
• For some tapered tanks, Aiming the antenna beam to the bottom of the tapered vessel for avoiding false echo when the level is at the bottom of the tapered vessel.
