2) We send the official quotation list or invoice to customer before order , let them confirm the information again to avoid any mistake occured . When customer arrange the payment ,we ask the bank slip to send  our financial department to watch this payment ,  also our sale prepare the order plan to send to production department , ask the related department  to prepare in advance too  .  As we know, for some countries , such us Turkey , the funds can be released by bank only by offering the order files for bank approval ,it may takes about 1-3 working days ( due to bank speed) ,but for our company , we do not wait till funds relased by bank , just get the news from bank that money is arrived . As far as we know ,This  point is not executed even for the old customers in some other companies  . It means that coopeation with our company- , your delivery time can be shortened 1-3 working days , that is very important and helpful  policy for the urgent orders !

 

3) Our sale proactively inform our customer when payment comes to our bank ( not coming to our account ) ,and tell customer the estimated delivery time . Ask customer to confirm the order parameters if they delayed to offer to us .
