Hygienic magnetic flow meter is designed according to the principle of electromagnetic induction, each parts meet hygienic standards.
First of all, there are two excitation coil in the lining, creating a constant magnetic field, and another two electrode is installed in the lining. When the liquid is still, electrodes won’t sense the induced voltage, and when liquid flows through, electrodes sense the voltage waveform and to measure. The induced voltage is proportional to the velocity of flow, and calculated together with cross-sectional area of the pipeline, we can get the flow rate.
In acctual application, the electrodes can not only measure the liquid voltage, but also the interference voltage, so it is of great significance to isolate the interference voltage. So, this hygienic magnetic flow meter uses the DC pulse to generate a magnetic field, then the other constant vlotage interference such as electrochemical efeects in liquids or electromagnetic efeects of external magnetic fiels will be successfully eliminated.
