Electromagnetic type flow meter-WELD803 is driven by a lithium battery. WELD803 electromagnetic flow meter is mainly installed on the pipeline to record the electromagnetically induced electromotive force of the conductive liquid to measure the volume flow of the liquids in the pipelines.
Electromagnetic type flow meter -WELD803 is battery-driven. The biggest advantage is that it is more convenient to use than a plug-in flow meter. The service life is generally about 5 years, but the specific use period depends on the user’s usage habits, work environment, etc.The main body of this lithium battery type electromagnetic flow meter is made of carbon steel. The transmitter housing is Stainless steel to reach IP68.
The lining is a part of the flow meter selection that must be considered. When it comes to industrial electromagnetic type flow meters, we recommend that you use rubber linings for general water, and Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is recommended for measuring corrosive acidic liquids.
What is “volumetric ” and“rate of flow” ?
Volumetric: The total volume of fluid that was processed. It is typically measured with counters. Barrels, cubic meters, and other units of measurement are used.
Rate of flow: the volume of fluid that passes through a process line in a given amount of time. Typically, it is measured with recorders and indicators.
