A stainless steel thermowell, an integrated tiny transmitter, and a protective aluminum cap make up the thermocouple temperature transmitter. Temperature is converted to a conventional 4–20 mA signal, which is then delivered to the control room’s display instrument or DCS system.
Thermocouple Temperature Transmitter assembly includes a stainless steel thermowell, an integrated tiny transmitter, and a protective aluminum cap. Temperature is converted to a conventional 4–20 mA signal, which is then delivered to the control room’s display instrument or DCS system. With its silicone rubber seal structure, the transmitter eliminates the need for an extension cable and has strong anti-interference capabilities. Temperature range for measurement: 0–1000 °C. Accurate temperature change input signals can be directly supplied by the integrated thermocouple transmitter to computers, scanners, signal conditioners, recording devices, and display devices.
For your options, there are the LCD and LED display combination boxes as well as the regular aluminum alloy housing box without a display.
