When the magnetic float moves up and down with the level gauge, the dry reed core at the corresponding position affected by the magnetic field in the float, the resistance value changes, and the changed resistance signal is converted into a 4-20mADC standard signal through the conversion module, and transmitted to the secondary instrument, PLC, DCS, so as to realize the liquid level displaying, control, adjustment and alarm purpose.

What’s The Working Principle Of Magnetic Float Level Gauge With 4-20mA?
The liquid level control switch is fixed on the outside of the magnetic float level gauge with 4-20mA, so it is in the same magnetic field system of the level gauge. When the magnetic float moves up and down with the liquid level, the reed switch is affected by the magnetic field in the float, and the changing signal is converted into a passive switch signal output through the conversion module. The liquid level switch is fixed on the measuring duct cylinder by a clamp; the fixed position can be adjusted, and the user can adjust the height according to the real needs.
